About the Doctor
Rachael Fix, DC, NREMT
Dr. Rachael Fix is originally from Bottineau, North Dakota. During high school, she played volleyball, basketball, and participated in track for the Stars - this is where she found her love for chiropractic. The hometown chiropractor, the late Dr. Mark Pewe, helped her and her classmates stay healthy and perform their best.
After graduating from Bottineau High School, Dr. Fix earned an Interdisciplinary Health Studies (Athletic Training focus) degree from the University of North Dakota before attending Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, Minnesota, where she earned her chiropractic degree with a sports emphasis with honors. She is also a registered EMT and has additional training in Functional and Kinetic Treatment with Rehab (FAKTR), taping, Webster technique, and concussion management.
Dr. Fix moved back to North Dakota following her graduation and enjoys treating patients from all walks of life in rural North Dakota. She believes everyone is an athlete, whether they know it or not, and enjoys bestowing this mentality onto her patients.
She is an active member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, North Dakota Chiropractic Association, the American Chiropractic Association, the International Federation of Sports Chiropractic (Research Committee member), and the American Chiropractic Association Sports Council (Director of Communication, Executive Council member).
